The Lion of Judah

Tonight we will be looking at Genesis 49:1-27. In these verse Israel pronounces a blessing each of his sons. Through these blessing we find interesting details about each son and their tribe to be. Many of these details provide us with key insights into godly character. One blessing, though, stands out among the rest, as we find the third and final messianic prophecy found in the book of Genesis. Join us as we look at each son’s blessing and give particular attention to Judah’s as we seek to understand more and more the totality of who our Savior is.
