To Remember Is Divine

Tonight we will be looking at all of Genesis 31. In these verses we find Jacob leaving his uncle’s and heading home. Along the journey a significant confrontation occurs, yet what is it that emboldens Jacob for this confrontation? We read that God came to Jacob and reminded him of who He is. This is a powerful reminder for Jacob that sets his course and allows him to pursue his home with great zeal. Remembering is a powerful concept.
