Do Not Refuse Him

Tonight we are studying Genesis 25:27-34. This is the account of Esau selling his birthright to Jacob for a bowl of stew. A proper understanding of this passage pushes us to see that Esau gives us something precious for something terribly temporal and of little value. How easily Esau gives up a birthright that was supposed to bring him great abundance and joy. In Esau, we are meant to examine our own hearts and lives in order that we might unveil what we often exchange for the goodness that God has for us. Join us as we study Genesis 25:27-34.
