Tempting

This week we will be preaching through Genesis 39:7-20. These verses tell us the story of Joseph and his interaction with Potiphar’s wife. This passage is ultimately about temptation, of varying kinds, and how we see Joseph overcoming these temptations while others bow to their allure. Why is this the case? Why does temptation overcome some while others experience victory? Better yet, why do we sometimes overcome some temptations and not others. Join us as we unpack this story and see how Jospeh points us to the hope that we can have in the midst of powerful temptations.
