Against The World For The World

Today we begin John 7 by looking at verses 1-13. At the beginning of this chapter we find Jesus having a discourse with His brothers before He goes to the Feast of Booths in Jerusalem. In this conversation Jesus exposes His brother’s worldly thinking and teaches us what a proper posture is to the thinking and behaviors of the world. Join us as we wrestle with our place in the world and how, as Christ’s people, we are called to be opposed to the world out of love for the world.
