Wholly Devoted

This week we finish 1 Corinthians 7 by looking at verses 32-40.  As Paul closes out his argument he is now emphasizing the reason why he has continued to call the Corinthians to contentment.  For Paul his whole argument has been leading to this purpose: secure for the Corinthian believer undivided devotion to God.  At the end of the day all of the categories that Paul has been describing (married/unmarried/widow/betrothed) have merely been a backdrop to his ultimate challenge to the church.  Paul's desire is that the Corinthians would be devoted to God fully no matter what station of life they find themselves.  Join us as we look at what it means to be a divided versus an undivided person and how we can be fully committed to Jesus wherever God has placed us in life.
