Don't Worry

Tonight we will be preaching through Genesis 41:1-40. These verse chronicle Joseph’s rise to power in Egypt, through the interpretation of Pharaoh’s dreams and the Spirit-lead wisdom he displayed. This powerful story, though, is actually not about Joseph at all. To read these verses and see Joseph as the primary character is to miss the point of what Moses is trying to convey. These verses put God’s sovereign ordering and will on display for us to behold. Practically, this challenges us in the day-to-day by reminding us that God is always fully in control, His promises always fully stand and His will always fully wins out. Join us as we study this beautiful passage this evening.
