The Apostles

This morning we are preaching through John 20:19-23. As John’s fascination with seeing Jesus continues, he gives to us an account of Jesus appearing to His apostles. In this appearance Jesus established His apostles as the ones who receive the power of the Holy Spirit to go into the world and proclaim the Gospel. As He shows them, peace with God through the Gospel is the foundation of our calling as God’s children. Join us as we look to Jesus’ work to understand the peace He brings and the calling He gives, all formed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
