An Abiding Freedom

As we continue our study of John’s gospel we will be looking at John 8:30-36. In these verses we find Jesus speaking to a group of Jews who had believed in Jesus’ words. Jesus proceeds to help explain what it means to be a disciple of Jesus. In His words, He offers that His followers will be “free indeed.” What kind of freedom is Jesus speaking of? Is this different from how we understand freedom in our context today? Join us as we walk through this passage.
