Divided

Today’s text is John 7:40-52. In this passage we see the reaction of several different groups on what Jesus has just done and said while in Jerusalem. We see clearly that different opinions are being formed on who Jesus is and these differing opinions produce different responses as well. What should we make of the fact that Jesus causes people to be divided? How should Christians think of the division that exists between us and those who are not Christians? Join us as we look at the reality that Jesus does indeed divide people and at the same time He does so much more.
