The Work of God

Today we look at John 6:28-29. As we come to the hinge verses of the entire chapter we see Jesus beginning to shift the focus of the conversation. The crowd asks Jesus what they must do to receive that which leads to eternal life. Embedded in this question is a belief that they can indeed whatever is necessary. It is here that Jesus shifts the conversation to faith and the foundational understanding that faith itself is God-wrought. Join us as we seek to understand what faith is and what it means that God works faith in us.
