Diversity Within Unity

Tonight we being 1 Corinthians 12 and with that comes a new topic that Paul is addressing with the Corinthian church: spiritual gifts.  The issue for the Corinthians believers is that they were elevating certain gifts over others and believing that all believers should display certain manifestation of the Spirit.  In this introductory section (vv. 1-11), Paul lays a foundation for the purpose of spiritual gifts that informs how the Corinthians church and we today should view and practice the gifts of the Spirit.  Join us as we begin this exciting section of Paul's letter.
