Provision

This week we will be studying Genesis 21:8-21. In this passage we find Hagar & Ishmael being separated from Abraham. In this very sad and difficult account we clearly see God’s provision at each and every turn. In this provision we see God’s love for His people and His zeal for His own name’s glory. How often are we blind to God’s provision for us? As we look at God’s faithful care of Abraham, Hagar & Ishmael in these verses I pray that we will be challenged and given the grace to see God’s faithful care for us as well.
