The Pitiful Exchange

In tonight’s sermon we are studying Genesis 11:1-9. We come to the familiar story of The Tower of Babel in this passage. In these verses we see the corruption of mankind once again as they are lured away by power, progress and autonomy. In these verses we will see how the culture exchanged the glory of God for the trappings of worldly culture and how this squarely points us to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
