Jehovah Jireh

Tonight we’ll be preaching through Philippians 4:14-20. As Paul’s letter draws to a close we find Paul offering a heartfelt thank you to the Philippians church for their generosity and support of his ministry. In typical Paul fashion, though, he leads the Philippians to understand that ultimately God is the One who provides for all our needs. This promise, rooted in the very character of God, encourages us to see God as the great provider of all that we need. We must understand this provision both temporally and spiritually as we seek to find great comfort and peace in the God who provides.
