The Love Of A Friend

This morning we look at John 15:12-17. In this passage Jesus adds another descriptor of His sheep by calling them “friends.” Jesus’ movement of greater and greater intimacy from branches to disciples and now to friends is clear, but what is Jesus wanting to communicate by using this title?
